Introduction

This video will explore the practice of daily journaling and how it will support all of the other practices that we will cover in the workshop.

I recommend getting a new physical notebook to use throughout the workshop for

  1. Daily journaling,
  2. Making notes and answering questions from the workshop modules,
  3. Taking notes from the live calls,
  4. Tracking parts of your day such as when you get out of bed.
